Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk
Green curry readymade paste
1 TSP Sugar
2 TBSP Fish sauce
½ cup water
Chopped vegetables like Thai eggplant, green beans, bamboo shoots, Okra.
½ bowl chopped red and green peppers
6-7 Basil leaves
How to prepare:
In a wok add 2 TBSP of coconut milk
Add 1 spoon of green curry paste mix. Add 1 spoonful of sugar and fish sauce.
Add half a cup of coconut milk and keep stirring. Add ½ cup water.
Add all the vegetables. Add red and green pepper. Add more water and then add the remaining ½ cup of coconut milk.
Add Basil leaves. Cook for another 5 minutes.
